Disclosed is a method for partial construction of a Share-F state in a multilevel cache consistency domain system, comprising the following steps: 1) when requesting for access to S-state remote data of a same address, by looking up a remote proxy directory RDIR, determining access to a data copy, and determining whether or not same is in an inter-node S state and in an intra-node F state; 2) directly forwarding the data copy to a requester, while at the same time setting a requester data copy record to an inter-node cache coherence domain S state and an intra-node cache coherence domain F state; and, 3) when the forwarding of the data is completed, setting an intra-node processor record having lost an F permission state in the remote data directory RDIR to an inter-node cache coherence domain S state and an intra-node cache coherence domain F state. The present invention allows for reduced frequency and overhead of trans-node accesses, thus greatly increasing dual-level or multilevel cache coherence domain CC-NUMA system performance.
