A manufacturing method of a mask plate for solidifying and shielding frame sealing glue comprises: forming a negative light resistance shading material layer (11) on a transparent substrate (10); exposing, by using a color film mask plate group, the substrate (10) on which the negative light resistance shading material layer (11) is formed; and developing the exposed substrate (10) to form a mask plate pattern. With the method, the mask plate does not need to be manufactured separately, and therefore the manufacturing cost of the mask plate for solidifying and shielding frame sealing glue is greatly reduced.
