A finger clamping type oxyhemoglobin saturation instrument comprises an upper housing, a lower housing, and a reset spring (305, 405, 507). A protruding support seat (302, 402, 524) is disposed on one of the upper housing and the lower housing, and a support seat opening (310, 525) is disposed on the other of the upper housing and the lower housing. A free end (3021) of the support seat (302, 402, 524) is inserted into the corresponding housing through the support seat opening (310, 525). The free end (3021) of the support seat is provided with a spring hole (303, 403). An inserting end (3051, 4051) of the reset spring (305, 405, 507) is inserted into the spring hole (303, 403) and is fixed to the support seat (302, 402, 524) by using a cap (306, 406, 520). A front end (3052, 4052) of the reset spring (305, 405, 507) extends forwards in the corresponding housing from the support seat (302, 402, 524) and is in contact with an inner surface of the corresponding housing. The inner surface of the corresponding housing presses the front end (3052, 4052) of the reset spring (305, 405, 507) to generate elastic deformation, so that a clamping force is generated between the upper housing and the lower housing. Also provided is a reset spring assembly used for the finger clamping type apparatus. The finger clamping type oxyhemoglobin saturation instrument and the reset spring assembly used for the finger clamping type apparatus are convenient to assemble, and stable and reliable in structure.
