The present invention relates to a method for evaluating toxicity using embryos of Bombina orientalis, comprising the steps of: obtaining blastula stage embryos of Bombina orientalis; treating the obtained embryos with inspection material; cultivating the embryos treated with inspection material for H hours at a temperature of T°C so as to develop into larvae; measuring growth rate, survival rate, or teratogenesis rate by comparing with a control group which is not treated with inspection material, wherein the T is 20-23, and the H is 4×T2- 204×T + 2720 - 12 or 4×T2- 204×T + 2720 + 12. The method for evaluating of the present invention uses amphibians indigenous to Korea by replacing exotics amphibian belong to the genus Xenopus, which is widely used in the existing methods for evaluating toxicity, such that reliability of the results in applying the toxicity evaluation results to the domestic natural ecosystem can be remarkaby considered, so that the method can be effectively used as a Korean indigenous toxicity evaluation experiment protocol.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (AA) Breeding;(BB) Blastula embryo (jelly layer removal, embryo selection);(CC) At least five random arrangement;(DD) 20°C ten days;(EE) 22°C seven days;(FF) 23°C six days;(GG) Survival rate and teratogenesis rate;(HH) Measurement analysis;(II) Fixing;(JJ) Chemical material by culture fluid + concentration;(KK) Male red-bellied frog;(LL) Female red-bellied frog
