PURPOSE: A bitter taste-masked pharmaceutical composition containing sildenafil or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient is provided to mask bitter taste and to have easy production through a cheap and simple method. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains sildenafil or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and alkaline chemicals. The pharmaceutical composition has a pH concentration of 4.38-5.25. The alkaline chemicals are selected among sodium hydroxide, calcium phosphate, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, and potassium chloride. The alkaline chemicals are sodium hydroxide and/or magnesium oxide. The content of the sodium hydroxide is 1.0-5.0 wt%(w/w).
