The present invention relates to an atmospheric flow field numerical simulation system by using computational fluid dynamics and a method thereof capable of rapidly and efficiently performing fluid analysis and easily mapping wind power resources by setting a wind direction interpretation result according to a same interpretation area into an initial condition (a second initial condition in the present invention) of different wind direction interpretation.
