The present invention relates to a drawing method based apparatus for practicing English speaking using a smart device and, more specifically, to the drawing method based apparatus for practicing English speaking using a smart device which can: practice English speaking regardless of time and place by using a portable smart device; sensuously practice English speaking by widely using vision, auditory, and tactile sense; and mark accent and intonation by using a finger or a touch pen on vocabularies, sentences, and paragraphs, and mark standard pronunciation of native speaker on color lines in which a learner has been marked to be overlapped while making the learner listen accurate pronunciation of the native speaker so that the learner can compare the drawn lines with correct answers and check accuracy for interactive study. To achieve the above goals, the drawing method based apparatus for practicing English speaking using a smart device comprises a practice module which marks accents and intonation with color lines when the learner practices speaking for English vocabularies, sentences, paragraphs, and prolonged sound; and a quiz module which makes the learner study with complex senses including vision, auditory, and tectile sense by randomly showing the English vocabularies, sentences, paragraphs, and prolonged sound shown in the practice module, making the learner mark accent and intonation with color curved line using the finger or touch pen directly on a screen for reading train, and modifying English articulation ability by checking correct answers at the lower end.
