The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing aggregate with enhanced antimicrobial durability and dispersion properties of inorganic antimicrobial agents, to a concrete block using antimicrobial aggregate and to a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, an antimicrobial fiber in a fiber form is added to a manufacturing process of antimicrobial concrete blocks and the manufactured antimicrobial concrete blocks are paved on riverside and the likes so that the fiber having antimicrobial properties can be exposed to the outside on the surface of the block in a form that napping is stuck out of the surface of cloth when foreign matters are jammed or the partial surface is sharpened by weather change or being stepped as time passes, and the antimicrobial effects can be continued.
