The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar spacer for a foundation, wherein the reinforcing bar spacer used in the construction of the foundation of a building controls the arrangement positions of reinforcing bars buried in foundation concrete and controls the horizontal levels of the reinforcing bars in order to horizontally arrange the reinforcing bars. According to the present invention, the reinforcing bar spacer comprises: a central support (20) consisting of a linear rod (21) and a ??-shaped upper mounting member (25), wherein the rod (21) has the top bonded with the middle of the horizontal part (26) of the upper mounting member (25) and the upper mounting member (25) has vertical parts (27) of which one is mounted with the bottom of a spring (28) of which the top is mounted with a level rod (29); a main body (10) having a fastening hole (11) at the center thereof and three legs (12) radially formed at the same, wherein the fastening hole (11) is fastened with a spiral fastening part (22) formed at the bottom of the rod (21), and the legs have side vertical parts (13) upwardly bent from the side ends thereof and vertical support parts (15) downwardly bent from the free ends thereof; and height control bolts (30) detachably fastened to fastening holes (16) formed at the legs (12).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
