The present invention relates to animal amino acid organic farming materials produced by recycling blood from butchered animals and a method for producing the same, especially, completely pulverizing and lysing the blood coagulated in the step of collecting animal blood and cutting processing time for producing a final product, and preventing ring-shaped amino acid from destruction. According to the present invention, the animal blood from butchered animals is collected in a certain container, and then the collected blood is finely pulverized into 0.4-0.9 meshes in particle size. Under the temperature condition of 36-75C, a lyase lysing the blood particles is mixed with the pulverized blood and the mixture is fermented, and then cooled to room temperature. A preservative preventing decomposition and a deodorizing agent are mixed with the cooled blood, and then the final products, amino acid organic farming materials, are produced.
