One embodiment is related to Metabolic Network Model analysis metabolic characteristics kluyveromyces marxianus microorganism to generate 3-hydroxypropionate (3HP) and metabolic characteristic, analyzes the use of kluyveromyces marxianus. More specifically, embodiment is related to constructing the relationship that Metabolic Network Model kluyveromyces marxianus uses gene protein biochemical reaction, to the metabolic characteristic in analysis, using the model such as metabolic engineering, and for predicting which resource increment 3HP of new metabolic pathway using emulation based on metabolic engineering.
