The present invention relates to a unit of controlling the electronic properties of graphene using a ZnO micro wire. The technical purpose of the present invention is to provide a ZnO micro wire as a top electrode gate for controlling the electronic properties of graphene. The ZnO micro wire functions as a dielectric medium between a top gate and the graphene of an oxide layer on a surface to control the properties of the graphene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
