The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a sound absorbing and screening material for a vehicle, which comprises: a preparation step (S10) of preparing surface layer fabric (1) and sound-absorbing layer fabric (3), and heating an adhesive thermoplastic resin (5); a step (S20) of supplying the surface layer fabric (1), the sound-absorbing layer fabric (3) and the heated adhesive thermoplastic resin (5) to the gap between an upper roller (R1) and a lower roller (R2); and a press-molding step (S30) of forming a sound-absorbing material (100) consisting of the surface layer (10), the sound-absorbing layer (30), and an adhesive resin layer (50).
