An ultraviolet (UV) reactor for a ship ballast water treatment apparatus having a pressure-controlling device, according to the present invention, includes: a seawater inlet where seawater flows in; a body where the seawater flowed in from the seawater inlet flows through; a seawater outlet where the seawater, flowed through the body, is discharged; a plurality of UV lamps which are horizontally installed, penetrating the body, so as to sterilize the seawater flowing through the body; and a pressure-controlling device which controls the pressure of the seawater flowing through the body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
