The present invention relates to a promoter which comprises base sequences in sequence number 1 and specifically induces an expression of a leaf. More specifically, the present invention relates to a promoter which specifically induces the expression of the leaf, a recombinant expression vector including the same, and a plant transformed by the recombinant expression vector. The promoter specifically induces the expression of the leaf. Therefore, the promoter specifically expresses target protein and thus can improve traits of a crop.
