The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mock training device and an aircraft maintenance training method using the same, which enable the acquisition of a theoretical learning ability, which is the limitation of hardware-based practical training education, and enable actions for maintenance through the understanding of aircraft systems to be quantitatively performed. To achieve the above-described purpose, the method for the aircraft maintenance training using a mock training system according to the present invention comprises: a step of performing autonomous breakdown diagnosis for each subsystem of the mock training system when power is supplied to each subsystem of the mock training system (S100); a step of selecting training lists for aircraft maintenance education (S200); a step of initializing the mock training device so as to prepare a mock training device for the selected training lists and start mock training (S300); a step of confirming checklists and controlling the mock training device by training processes (S400); a step of finishing the mock training and automatically evaluating the results of the mock training (S500); and a step of saving the automatically evaluated results and outputting the evaluated results (S600). The steps (S200) to (S500) are repeated a plurality of times.
