The present invention relates to a resistive oxide for a bolometer, and a bolometer and an infrared detector including the same. The resistive oxide for a bolometer according to the present invention includes an O_4-based material, which contains nickel, cobalt and manganese as main components, as a host material and CuO as an additive, and exhibits the property of a negative temperature coefficient. A bolometer with excellent precision and improved temperature stability and an infrared photodetector including the same can be manufactured as the resistive oxide for a bolometer exists in a stable phase in an operation temperature range while expressing low resistivity, a high TCR value and low noise characteristics.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
