The present invention is not to measure the absorbance of a sample after an absolute distance is known during the movement of a path length, but to measure the absorbance while moving the path length. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain the inclination of the absorbance after measuring the absorbance at a relative distance. Herein, the inclination means an absorbance per unit length.
