The present invention discloses a dental ultrasonic tool for cutting a cortical bone, which includes: a tool odby of which one end is detachably connected to a hand piece; and a cutting part provided at an opposite end of the tool body, for applying ultrasonic vibrations to a cortical bone, in particular, discloses a dental ultrasonic tool for cutting a cortical bone for shortening a correction period. In the present invention, the cutting part includes: a cutting head provided at the opposite end of the tool body; and at least one row of cutting blade the directions of which are changed from the cutting head, protruding to one side of the opposite end of the tool body, and formed in a widthwise direction of the cutting head, for applying a damage to the cortical bone using ultrasonic vibrations. According to the present invention, a cortical bone can be promptly and easily cut over a wide range for a tooth correction treatment (tooth correction surgery) requiring movement of teeth in a wide area, and accordingly, movement of teeth can be accelerated in a wide area.
