The present invention relates to a one-pot synthesis method for beta-phosphono malonate derivatives and 2-amino-4H-chromen-4-yl phosphonate derivatives and, more specifically, to a one-pot synthesis method for beta-phosphono malonate derivatives and 2-amino-4H-chromen-4-yl phosphonate derivatives which simply synthesizes beta-phosphono malonate derivatives and 2-amino-4H-chromen-4-yl phosphonate derivatives with high reaction yield by using ethylenediamine diacetate (EDDA) as reaction catalyst and performing knoevenagel condensation and nucleophilic addition reaction.
