The present invention relates to a flow rate controlling sedimentation basin assembly of sewage disposal plant comprising; a pump tank mounted at the end of a sewage inlet pipe; a flow rate controlling sedimentation basin which has a bottom surface higher than the upper side of the pump tank and a space for receiving sewage which flows in by an inlet pump from the end of the sewage inlet pipe through the pump tank, and in which sludge contained in sewage over a predetermined retention time; a sewage inlet part which is placed at the water surface of sewage received in the flow rate controlling sedimentation basin and has a flow path of which diameter is getting narrow downward to receive the sewage excluding most part of the sludge precipitated on the bottom the of flow rate controlling sedimentation basin; a floating unit which is coupled with the sewage inlet part and allows the sewage inlet part to float on the water surface; a height adjusting device which is mounted between the sewage inlet part and the floating unit and controls the height of the floating unit; and an outlet pipe which connects the floating unit and the lower side of the flow rate controlling sedimentation basin and has a flow path for discharging sewage around the water surface facing an anaerobic tank adjacent to the flow rate controlling sedimentation basin while allowing shape change. The sedimentation basin assembly enables stable management of facilities by widely responding to various changing factors such as sewage inflow rate by each time zone and the type of sewage.
