The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a filter for preventing the leakage of body fluid from a body and the filter manufactured by same and the purpose thereof is to cut the filter into required sizes by putting the mixture of a highly absorbent polymer, glycerin, zeolite, and activated carbon into a body fluid-absorbing sheet and manufacturing a filter with a cylinder rod shape the outer surface of which is pushed by heat. To achieve this, the method comprises a step of spreading the body fluid-absorbing sheet of a synthetic resin with a specific length; a step of scattering filler materials mixed of the highly absorbent polymer, the glycerin, the zeolite, and the activated carbon with a specific composition ratio; and a step of molding the filter with a cylindrical rod shape by pushing the outer surface while the body fluid-absorbing sheet passes through a heater to locate the scattered filler materials inside the same.
