Disclosed are a system for saving electric energy consumption based on autonomous intention through a power consumption monitoring and a method thereof. The system for saving electric energy consumption according to the present invention comprises one or more current transfers (CT) which are included in a panel board and detects a current amount in real time; and a measuring device which collects the current amount from the CTs, calculates various types of power consumption based on the current amount and displays the power consumption on a screen.
