The present invention relates to an electrically insulating thermoplastic resin composition with excellent thermal conductivity and bending properties and, more specifically, to an electrically insulating thermoplastic resin composition which uses a combination of a polyphenylene sulfide resin and boron nitride and other inorganic fillers as a heat dissipation filler, thereby capable of achieving excellent thermal conductivity and bending properties at the same time; presenting a satisfactory level of mechanical properties; and furthermore, having a low manufacturing cost while achieving an excellent extrusion and injection formability.
