The present invention relates to a bench press, and a system and a method for managing health using the same. The bench press comprises a first rotary shaft combined with a support; a pair of elevator frames coupled to the first rotary shaft and having a handle formed at one side thereof based on the first rotary shaft; a second rotary shaft; a weight control unit coupled to the second rotary shaft and controlling the weight through distance control at one side thereof based on the second rotary shaft; and a link bar connecting the other sides of the pair of elevator frames based on the first rotary shaft and the other side of the weight controller based on the second rotary shaft. Since the exercise weight can be remotely controlled in real time by merely moving one transfer weight, the present invention can provide convenience for an exerciser.
