The present invention provides a device and a method for verifying an auto-generated code of a FBW helicopter flight control law which includes a first process in which a basic model generation module generates a basic model of the control law according to a request of a developer to develop an auto-generated code of the FBW helicopter light control law, a second process in which a code generation module verifies a functional operation of the auto-generated code for a basic model developed through simulation and generates an auto-generated code for the basic model after the first process, and a third process in which an optimized option for the auto-generated code for the basic model is set through an option setting module after the second process. The present invention efficiently solves various defects which occur at the beginning of development of the auto-generated code through the optimized option, a Custom Template File, and an auto-generated code guideline, and generates the auto-generated code of the FBW helicopter flight control law, thereby easily ensuring reliability of auto-generated code development.
