The present invention provides a blueberry pre-cooling and dehumidifying device used in a cold storage. The blueberry pre-cooling and dehumidifying device comprises: a body (10) which has a rectangular box shape including a blueberry loading unit (11) formed therein, wherein the left surface and front surface thereof are opened and equipped with an air suctioning hole (12) and an entrance and exit hole (13), respectively and the right surface thereof is equipped with an air suctioning hole and an air discharge hole (14) continued to the blueberry loading unit; a caster (20) installed at the bottom of the body for movement; a moving handle (30) formed at the left of the body so as to pull or push to move the body; a roll screen (40) installed on the top of the entrance and exit hole so as to open and close the entrance and exit holes of the overall surface of the body; a differential pressure fan (50) which is installed in the air discharge hole in a differential pressure structure so as to suction air from the body and to discharge the air to the outside; and a control unit (60) adhered and installed on the body so as to control air movement and air volume in the differential pressure fan. The blueberry loading unit (11) comprises: a vertical bar (111) in which front-rear and left-right elements are spaced from each other and form a pair, respectively so as to horizontally divide the internal space thereof; and a holder (112) which is horizontally connected with a front-rear vertical bar, symmetrically makes a pair with a left-right vertical bar, and is formed on the top and bottom with a certain interval so that the edges of multiple blueberry baskets (100) are hung and separately held. Accordingly, blueberries can be pre-cooled in a cold storage.
