The present invention relates to a harbor quay monitoring system which, in a structure of harbor facility such as a harbor or a breakwater, is to more efficiently and precisely detect crack or abnormal occurrence sites in quay wall which are hard to check with the naked eye. According to the present invention, in order to solve problems of a conventional inspection method in which an inspector or a photographer should directly dive to work so that it is inconvenient, it is hard to cover broad range, and accuracy can be lowered because visibility is limited in the water, a harbor quay monitoring system in which an inspector or a photographer does not have to directly dive to inspect or photograph but can easily monitor the quay wall of the harbor facility out of water and a harbor quay monitoring method using the same are provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
