The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing a hanging line type intermediate cage for abalone, and comprises: a bow-sided opening capable of opening and closing the stern and the bow of a ship; two outboard motor engines installed at the bow-sided opening and the stern; a winch for winding a hanging line of farmed products such as kelp on the deck of the ship; a feed collection and supply device, such as a cutter for collecting the farmed products and a crane for supplying a feed; and bow-sided and stern-sided rollers for catching a main line of the hanging line type cage for abalone. The marine products can be easily harvested by promptly lifting the cage for abalone up to the sea level to collect the farmed marine organisms, and the problems, such as inefficient workability, increased risk of safety accidents, and increased working time, occurring when the marine products are harvested, can be prevented in advance.
