The present invention relates to a gene analyzing technique and, more specifically, to a micro-device by which a sample pretreatment process, a PCR process, and a detection process such as capillary electrophoresis can integrally be performed; and to an analyzing method using the same. By means of the present invention, provided is a sample pretreatment-PCR-detection integrated microchip comprising: a channel wafer including a feeding channel, a discharging channel, and a micro channel equipped with a detecting domain formed to be separated from each other; and a slide plate coupled with one surface of the channel wafer to be able to slide, and has a moving chamber formed to be connected with one surface of the channel wafer. On one surface of the channel wafer, a discharging hole connected with the feeding channel and a feeding hole connected with the discharging channel are formed.
