The present invention relates to a gene analyzing technique and, more specifically, to a micro-device by which a sample pretreatment process, a PCR process, and a detection process such as capillary electrophoresis can integrally be performed; and to an analyzing method using the same. By means of the present invention, provided is a sample pretreatment-PCR-detection integrated microchip comprising: a channel wafer including a feeding channel, a discharging channel, and a micro channel equipped with a detecting domain formed to be separated from each other; and a slide plate coupled with one surface of the channel wafer to be able to slide, and has a moving chamber formed to be connected with one surface of the channel wafer. On one surface of the channel wafer, a discharging hole connected with the feeding channel and a feeding hole connected with the discharging channel are formed. The discharging hole and feeding hole are separated to be connected together with the moving chamber in accordance to the position of the moving chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
