The present invention relates to a small-size water treatment facility using a photocatalytic fiber-ball filter and a method for circulating water of the small-size water treatment facility using the same. The small-size water treatment facility comprises: a water tank for culturing or storing live fish; a floating tank which is connected to the water tank, is equipped with a bubble generating device formed at the bottom thereof to be provided with air and generate bubbles, and includes a skimmer and a sludge discharging facility formed at the top thereof to remove foreign materials floated by means of the bubbles; a treating water tank which is an undercurrent facility connected to the floating tank, equipped with a water gauge, and supplies treating water or washing water to the photocatalytic fiber-ball filter; a treating water transferring pump which supplies the treating water to the photocatalytic fiber-ball filter according to the water level of the water gauge or adjusts the supply of the washing water during washing; the photocatalytic fiber-ball filter which receives the treating water from the treating water transferring pump and physically and chemically filters the treating water, wherein multiple photocatalytic fiber-balls produced by focusing photocatalytic fibers made of filaments in a sphere shape are filled in a separation layer divided into multiple stages by means of a mesh-type separation unit; an air compressor which is connected to the bubble generating device and the photocatalytic fiber-ball filter so as to supply air to the bubble generating device or supply air when the photocatalytic fiber-ball filter is washed; and a re-used water transferring pump.
