A walker of the present invention comprises: a frame including an arm holding unit on which a patient can put his/her arms, a central support which is coupled with the arm holding unit and is formed to be upwardly and downwardly extended, a bottom support which is disposed at the bottom of the central support and has a bottom including a plurality of wheels coming in contact with the ground so that the walker can be moved, and a load tractive unit which is disposed at the top of the central support to upwardly support the body of a patient; an assisting walker which is coupled with the front of the frame and includes a left pulling string connected with the left foot of a patient, a right pulling string connected with the right foot of the patient, a left pulling bar having one side connected with the left pulling string in order to be rotated, a right pulling bar having one side connected with the right pulling string in order to be rotated, a drive wheel contacting the ground, and a motor rotating the drive wheel and pulling bars; a control unit which is connected with the motor of the assisting walker and controls speed; and a speed controlling switch which is disposed on the arm holding unit and is connected with the control unit.
