The present invention relates to a leafy vegetable epiderma peeling and cleaning device comprising a high pressure water spraying unit which sprays high pressure water to leafy vegetables including spring onion and water parsley by being installed inside a body, thereby easily peeling the epiderma of the leafy vegetables with soil and foreign substances, and cleaning the leafy vegetables with high efficiency. The leafy vegetable epiderma peeling and cleaning device has small numbers of spare parts and a simple structure for remarkably reducing the manufacturing costs, and has small volume and light weight for easily storing and transporting.
