MANAGEMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS ON THE KEYPAD LAYOUT OF A SMART TERMINAL WITH TOUCH PANEL

The present invention relates to a method and a device to control and manage the keyboard arrangement of a touch panel smart terminal unit, capable of enabling a user to conveniently arrange, store, and use the keyboard arrangement provided from the smart terminal unit. According to the present invention, the user is able to change the keyboard arrangement by each application program unit in the smart terminal unit. As the user stores and manages keys by changing the keys to a desired position while loading the keyboard arrangement by the application program unit, the keys are easily used according to characteristics of each application program and keyboard use characteristics of the user (one hand, two hands, or length, width).
