The present invention relates to a power monitoring system of a femto-cell base station and a method of the same, wherein the power monitoring system is prepared at the femto-cell base station as a means to detect whether power is supplied to the femto-cell base station, provides information about power-supplying status to an HeNB management system, and can reset the femto-cell base station. According to the present invention, the power monitoring system of a femto-cell base station comprises: a voltage divider circuit that divides the voltage of external power supplied to the femto-cell base station; an external power data conversion unit that converts a voltage provided through the voltage divider circuit into external power state data; an MCU that receives the external power state data converted at the external power data conversion unit; a PHY chip that transmits the external power state data supplied from the MCU to an HeNB management system (HeMS); and an input/output port that resets the femto-cell base station by outputting data provided by the MCU to the outside.
