METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF BIOENERGY AND FOR RECOVERY OF VALUE ADDED CHEMICALS FROM PRE-PULPING EXTRACT AND BLACK LIQUOR USING PULP AND BIOREFINERY PROCESS
The present invention relates to a method for producing bioenergy and high added value chemical materials using a pre-pulping extract and black liquid in a pulp process. The method for producing bioenergy and high added value chemical materials using a pre-pulping extract and black liquid in a pulp process according to the present invention is characterized by including a step for collecting the pre-pulping extract extracted from a wooden chip in a process prior to the pulp process; a step for hydrolyzing the collected pre-pulping extract; a step for extracting liquid including an organic acid and high added value materials using an extract solvent from the hydrolyzed pre-pulping extract; a step for fermenting the liquid remaining after the extraction; and a step for refining ethanol and salt from the fermented liquid. By the same, the present invention is capable of converting hemicellulose of which utilization is low in a pulp factory, which is an existing chemical plant facility, into fuel for transferring by using the pre-pulping extract process and the black liquid; is capable of producing eco-friendly bioenergy simultaneously with the production of a pulp by refining pre-pulping extract produced in the pre-pulping extract process and waste liquid produced in the pulp process; is capable of collecting lignin, the organic acid, furfuel, etc. from the pre-pulping extract and black liquid and then enabling the same to be commonly utilized; and is capable of improving the efficiency of the pulp process by producing syngas by gasifying the collected lignin and producing a new energy source through the gasification.
