A method of creating a transgenic animal, producing a milk protein with a stable and high level expression, comprising obtaining a transgenic mammal with a vector containing a reporter gene encoding an intended protein, a promoter, a beta casein gene goats terminator growth bovine factor and effective bilateral transcription terminators that surround the expression cassette for protection from the negative effects of the transgene genomic transcription.
