A method for differential diagnosis of ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, including clinical studies, wherein the index measured daily indicators Kerdo index, heart rate variability; and a value of 70-86 daily index, index Kerdo from -10 to -14, HRV 83 and above diagnose ischemic stroke, and a value of the daily index 96-110, Kerdo index of -3.4 to -6, HRV rhythm of 63 and below are diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke.
