A trolley (10) for a railway vehicle, in particular a low-floor tram, comprising: - two pairs (12) of wheels (14), the wheels (14) of each pair (12) connected to one another by an axial structure (16), moreover, this axial structure (16) contains, for each wheel (14) of the corresponding pair (12), an axle box (18), and an articulated chassis (24), while each axial structure (16) is fixed to the axis (24) using primary means (26) suspensions, characterized in that the primary means (26) of the suspension comprise: - for each wheel (14), a lever (38) located essentially pro between the first end (38A), rigidly connected to the axle box (18) of this wheel (14), and the second free end (38B), while the lever (38) is pivotally mounted with its first (38A) and second (38B) ends on the hinge communication (40) with the chassis (24), and - for each lever (38) a primary coil spring (42) located between the first seat (42A) made on the second end (38B) of this lever (38) and the second landing a place located on the chassis (24) .2. The trolley (10) according to claim 1, in which the chassis (24), in particular, contain: - two side spars (28), each carrying at least a second seat (42 V) of one of the primary coil springs (42 ), - the front traverse (30) of the chassis, placed transversely between the side spars (28), and the rear traverse (32) of the chassis, placed transversely between the side spars (28), and in which: - the front traverse (30) of the chassis is rigidly connected with the first of the side spars (28), and the rear crosshead (32) is connected by a hinge connection (34) with the first spar along an axis parallel to the main to the direction in which this first spar is located, and - the rear beam (32) of the chassis is rigidly connected to the second of
