FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: drupaceous fruits processing method involves raw materials milling, the produced kernel pulp separation by way of filtration and subsequent processing of pulp separated from kernels. Drupaceous fruits milling is performed in a vessel by means of an immersion disperser-pump installed in the vessel so that the pulp level in the vessel is higher than the inlet hole of the disperser-pump whereon the mesh filter is installed; a chopper-blade is installed on the pump shaft before the mesh filter; after fruits milling the produced pulp with kernels is drained from the vessel and filtered for kernels separation from the pulp; the produced pulp is returned into the vessel for further processing by means of the disperser-pump.;EFFECT: invention allows to enhance performance and environmental friendliness of the method for separation of kernels from fruit pulp.;5 cl
