FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: at first, gel filtration of the solution of Central Asian cobra venom (Naja naja oxiana) is carried out on superfine Sephadex G-75, followed by chromatography of endonuclease on SP-Sephadex C-25, dialysis of the isolated enzyme with the addition of ballast protein, sterilisation and lyophilisation. At that prior to dialysis BSA is added to the final concentration of 1.0-2.0 mg/ml, and the dialysed endonuclease without concentration is sterilised and lyophilised.;EFFECT: method enables to increase the yield of endonuclease while isolation, as well as to eliminate the obstacle to its use for treatment of cow rabies.;2 ex
