The outer garment has an alarm transmitter that is connected with the outer garment main portion using a tape (14) to generate an acoustic alarm. The alarm transmitter is provided with two sections. A separate alarm is triggered, when one of the two section of the alarm transmitter is non-destructively detachably connected with the outer garment main portion by using a manual separable clutch. The main portion is provided with a pocket (12) for receiving the alarm transmitter.
