The method involves preparing low viscous pourable batter from a mix of pizza dough and liquid specially developed for preparing pizza. Pizza crust is baked in a pizza maker. The low viscous pourable batter is baked by a baking plate, where the pizza crust is prepared by baking liquid pizza batter in a baking chamber which comprises two detachable baking molds for giving shape to the pizza, where the baking chamber is heated by a housing provided with a heater, and the pizza baking molds are provided with steam escapement channels/ducts.
