The arrangement has a fortified river bed whose trailing edge is lowered into water that is not accessible from terrestrial region, and gravel is fixed on a resulting inclined surface. Separation edges of shore walls are laid with horizontally analogous feature by a water earth region. Steep stabilized bank walls are additionally rotated when turning outwards to a shore slope of the river bed. Warped surface gravel is fixed on an upper surface. The upper surface is formed with step-shaped grooves for effective fastening of a ballast.
