The method involves guiding a supply air volumetric flow (ZU) and guiding an exhaust air volumetric flow (AB) to perform heat transfer between supply air volumetric flow and exhaust air volumetric flow. The heat exchanger (12.1) is assigned to compressors (13) in heat pump system (20) as direct vaporizers (FO) in waste air volumetric flow. The heat exchanger (11) is connected with heat carrier in supply air volumetric flow. The energy transmission is performed with heat recovery to control the temperature of supply air by power adjustment of compressors.
