A support for the development of culture, more particularly for a roof vegetated with a film of regulation

The support has a set of irrigation tubes (18) cooperating with the support for irrigation of roof vegetation. A regulation film (24) i.e. microperforated film, is placed on a lower support face or lower support layers (16, 22), where the regulation film is biodegradable. The set of irrigation tubes allows diffusion of water, and the regulation film is arranged with a set of holes. The regulation film allows air to pass-through for oxygenation of roots.
