The device (D) has layers (3-8) containing polyamide fibers e.g. aramid fibers, where the device is independent of buried element (C) and adapted to be extended between the buried element and a ground surface (S). Perforated flexible steel supports (1, 2) i.e. steel lattices, have thickness less than 10 mm and weight more than 500 grams per square meter. The support has upper and lower surfaces. The layers partially cover the upper and lower surfaces with interposition of intermediate layers. An envelope (E) partially maintains a position of the layers with respect to the support.
