The arrangement has a pilot seat (22) and an observer seat (24) that is movable between a front-seat position known as direct observation position, and a back-seat position known as equipment observation position. A hatch is surmounted on a frame for reception of a display equipment. The frame is composed of a fixed frame and a mobile frame (30). The display equipment includes a camera unit and a CPU for managing software and for processing of information. The frame is movable interdependent of the fixed frame.
