The forum has a mobile application and a wireless telecommunication system that is connected to a set of multi-media mobile terminals such as portable terminals, of a network, or a set of mobile stations. The telecommunication system allows exchanging of text messages or anonymous multimedia between a set of users located in a same position. A set of geographical positions is captured by the mobile terminals. The mobile terminals are located apart from a perimeter of a targeted position.
