The system has a working station (21) including a data processing unit arranged to calculate a reduction of harmfulness according to possible plant protection treatments received by a plot. The working station includes a posting unit arranged for displaying a level of risk binding with a pathology about a culture according to obtained results. The processing unit is arranged to implement risk calculation with values by default in absence of certain values of used parameters to dynamically start the processing to obtain one of missing values. An independent claim is also included for a method for processing agronomic and geoclimatic data of a culture of a plot stored on a storage unit of a working station for evaluation of a risk linked to a pathology about the culture.
